We welcome you to explore our website and, if you like what you see, give us a call to discuss how we can serve your legal needs.

Health care is in a state of change and health care providers need legal counsel that will help them to keep pace with the changes. We are a group of experienced health law attorneys who are committed to providing legal services in a manner that is efficient and effective. By leveraging technology, we are able to lower overhead costs and pass that savings onto our clients, while at the same time making it easier for our clients to interact with us. Our firm was founded on the following principles:

  1. We are a client-centered firm. Our clients are our top priority. We encourage and facilitate frequent communication and do our best to make ourselves available when our clients need us – even if that extends beyond the normal business day. We take our clients’ deadlines seriously and will work diligently to meet them regardless of whether they are internal or external deadlines.
  2. We stay current with health law changes. We relentlessly read and review new developments in the area of health law, even when it doesn’t directly impact a current client. We participate in and assume leadership roles in numerous associations that keep abreast of health law changes. We speak and write frequently on health law topics.
  3. Our fees are fair and flexible. Our fees are reasonable relative to our experience. We encourage you to openly discuss our fees and our estimated time for your project. We are willing to discuss flat fee arrangements where it is feasible to do so based upon the scope of the legal work.
  4. We won’t sell you legal services that you don’t need. While we strive to be comprehensive with regard to our legal advice and recommendations, we will give you an honest assessment of the scope of legal services that you need and will not try to sell you on services that you don’t need.
